Customer service seems poor. Also, they don't show good side to the customer at all. They look very angry and unhappy. The energy of the shop is not good at all. 👎

Absolutely disgusting staff members. My wife came into the store and was constantly ignored the entire time even though she asked multiple for help. She was constantly told that “yes, I’ll get someone to help” and would just be left there waiting for another 10 minutes without anyone helping. Just because someone wears a hijab doesn’t mean they should be ignored the entire time or treated differently. She left the store crying because of how she was treated and I hope the management can train their staff better to understand people and not be so ignorant.

I believe they were not familiar with the concept of customer service. The way customers are treated there is unacceptable. The way I was treated today was inconvenient and made me feel unwelcome, as if they didn’t care. It felt like they had a ‘whatever’ attitude, leaving me in an awkward situation. I can’t say this about all the staff, but the two I interacted with today left a poor impression with their indifferent attitude and made me decide never to go there again.
