Today 07 June 2024 Went Guildford location today to buy perfume for me I was looking for Perfume the super healthy girl was there but never asked if I need help finally I found one gift pack and asked for some testers she said you can get over the counter as she having just female one over the counter the girl said sorry we don’t have any testers. I already paid felt like it was just a way to finalize deal. So bad I am attaching receipt for reference.

Neha, the sales associate working in the fragrance department was incredibly sweet, knowledgable, patient, and helpful. My friend and I spent quite a bit of time sampling different perfumes to try and find one we both liked. Neha provided us with multiple options, took the time to explain the perfume notes, and even introduced us to perfumes we hadn't considered. Despite the chaos of a busy Sephora weekend during a promotion, she made our experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks to her, we both left with a new perfume and a few other products. Neha truly deserves big kudos (and a raise)!

Today I was greeted by Mckayla and she was able to help me above and beyond! She answered my questions showed me products and gave me advice all with standing in the front. She even told me promotions which I ended up buying all of them. I always hated going into Sephora because it was always so busy no one was available to help and usually people greeting say please just go ask someone inside. Mckayla went above and beyond making the experience perfection! We need more Mckayla’s around.
