I always go to this Sephora. My experience at Sephora was not the best and usually it always is. I do not know or remember the Sephora employee’s name but she was Fijian/Indian with dark colored skin tone, I believe she was a key holder or manager and she was the rudest. She stared me down, was giving me dirty looks the entire time, when all I did was ask for help with a product.. which she never helped me with. When I was leaving she was standing by the entrance with the snarkiest look on her face staring me down again.
RC Sephora if you know which employee I’m talking about, you really need to train this employee with proper customer service skills and to calm down her face. 👍🏻
I will not be returning back to this Sephora, I will definitely tell my friends & family as well and also to all the readers out there. If you want proper customer service or need help with a product 🚨 PLEASE AVOID 🚨 this place and go to a different Sephora!!
