This is the worst store I have been into because of the lady named Kat. I had to come back for the second time because on August 6th, a rep would not take the time to help color match me and did three swatches on my neck and grabbed a foundation and said here you go and walked away. I chased her down as she started helping another customer and said I would appreciate help with my skincare. She said you have pores then handed me a box of first aid skincare. Today when I walked into the store Kat is who I spoken with and she handed me a box of skincare that had baby oil in it to put around my eyes and walked away. I found another worker who was Pierre and he was very very helpful. He was helping answer my questions on what type of skincare I needed, he helped color match me correctly. The lady named Kat told me I'm only allowed fived minutes with her employee for help. She made him walk away from helping me and help other customers and pushed him to get me checked out because I spent to much time in her store and she said that to me. She was very rude and hateful. If I'm spending hundreds of dollars in that store I should be allowed to have employees help as long as I need it no matter how long it takes. Sephora may have just lost my business because of this lady Kat. I know many women whom shop there and I will let them know my experience.

Had an absolutely amazing experience all thanks to thr best beauty advisor ever, Pierre! He was the most kind, considerate, and knowledgeable advisor I had ever experienced at Sephora. He took time to help me pick out all the items I was looking for, he answered all my questions, offered options and information to help me make the best purchases. I cannot say enough about how amazing Pierre is, I will 1000% visit again strictly bc of him!

Pierre is always such an amazing help. Anytime my daughter needs new makeup this is where we go. He is SO great at his job. He asks all the right questions and she gets exactly what she is looking for. Thanks Pierre! 🥰
