Don't answer their emails or phone, mailbox is always full. When they finally answer, they can't help you. Ugh. Understood, would have been nice to have had a response to the 2 email's I sent. I called many times over a week and couldn't leave a message because your mail box was full, and I tried for over a week. My problem was if I had gotten a return response I could have moved on a week sooner and not hung on. I will call again next year, but how much advance time do you need?

I called Mountain Hardware for a referral for a company that could pump my septic tank in Wrightwood. I was immediately told "Septic Control is the best around here. Go on line for a $15 discount." I filled out the request for service on line. Within an hour, Martin called me. I explained my situation. We made an appointment for the next day at 9am. I few hours later, he called back offering a 3:30 appointment for today. There had been a cancellation. Manny and his assistant arrived at 3:25. They were clean, polite, and professional. They drove a state of the art new Septic Tank pumper. Within a few minutes, they had found the tops of my tank and quickly dug a few inches down and opened the top of my risers. The pumping was done very quickly. The noise was minimal. The entire process took less than 1 hour. They suggested a couple of alternatives to get rid of the roots in my leach line. The bill was $100 less than I was originally quoted because I had risers and minimal digging was required. I also received my $15 discount for requesting service on line. I was extremely happy with the service I received. THANKS
