The way they talk to the customers and this poor lady's delivery crew made me never want to buy anything from there. They were extremely rude and condescending. It did not help that they sell furniture that is dinged up for "new" prices. I couldn't believe what I saw in there.

They always have amazing stuff. New deliveries arrive 3 times per week so you're never sure what you'll find. Everything I've bought from there has been perfect. I try to stop in whenever I'm on this side of the bridge.

I absolutely love everything Serena & Lily, but I don't understand why no one answers the phone at this store? I can't figure out when they are open/closed?An employee at the other CA outlet treated me as if I were a nuisance and danced around answering my basic questions. She acted oddly "mysterious" about the store. A very different experience than going into a retail S&L store. But, for such low prices, I really can't complain.
