Had my gas furnace replaced and installed a whole home air purifier. PSE referred me to Serenity. They were my 2nd quote for a furnace.
I met with Shawn, who is the owner, who took his time asking questions about my home and what I wanted/needed. He then took his time to thoroughly explain the product, process and differences between systems. It was great getting an in depth explanation. Of what everything was. He hit all the key points that were important to me and made me feel comfortable in my decision to proceed. I was pleasantly surprised that they had an install date available the next day. On top of that, since it was considered preseason, I got a discount to install before the cold weather!
Eric and Chase did the install. They did a great job and were done much quicker than I thought they'd be. I was also stunned that in the time that we turned the furnace on and then went outside to look at the furnace and air purifier and sign paperwork that the house had already heated up 2 degrees (with some windows open too)! We were in the garage for maybe 7 minutes! This was a HUGE step up from my 23 year old furnace that was barely warming the house!
Overall, I'm super happy with my choice in Serenity. They installed a Trane system and a Smart Aire purifier. I didn't even think of the air purifier but when Shawn told me about it, I knew it was something that would greatly benefit my family. I also invested in the warranty Serenity offers. All this for just a little more than the other quote I received, with a little bit lesser quality furnace, no air purifier and no warranty. It was also important to me to know that I was working with a small, family owned business and not feeding the pockets of some big corporation. The whole process was incredibly informative, but never pushy or high pressure.
