I started seeing Shayna for monthly facials over a year ago and haven't regretted my decision. The first time I visited Serenity Spa, she asked me different kinds of questions to accurately categorize my skin type and needs; every time I go back, we analyze my skin to make sure the products are still effective-- when necessary we change things up and try different facials depending on the time of year (yes, your skin changes with the seasons). Shayna's facials, waxes, and lash services are next level and absolutely leave me feeling refreshed. No matter what step you're on on your skincare journey, Shayna's the girl you want to go to to amp up your skin game. I get a lot of questions and receive compliments on my skin from coworkers, friends & family, and even strangers, which I owe in large part to Shayna for teaching me so many insights on skin care and the customized routine she created for me. I've come here many times for a massage and it's always been excellent. This week I saw Shamika. She gave an amazing massage. I came in with normal aches and pains and stress of life.
