I thought I was getting a custom facial but I was wrong the esthetician just started applying product not even looking at my skin or asking if I had any concerns. I also got a mediocre scalp massage. Very disappointed

Love this place! Have gifted experiences here and have gotten massages myself. Would highly recommend as the services are great and the staff is incredibly kind. The prices are normal for a spa and are totally worth it! Highly recommend.
