I couldn't be more satisfied with the work Serfer Construction completed at my home. I hired Luis and his crew to add a room in my home - Luis was very helpful in every step of the process, from helping me get plans done and approved, to the final walk through of my project. Luis was transparent in his work, professional , and very knowledgeable.

Luis and his team worked with me from start to finish to build an attached dwelling unit (400 sq feet). Luis always communicated well and did everything he could to expedite the permitting process. He always got back to me quickly for any questions that I had and also gave very helpful suggestions on how to design the unit. Construction was completed in about 3 months and I was very happy with the quality of work. Highly recommend!
