- This is the first place I go for bike service.
- They've saved my weekend ride several times, last minute mechanicals, staying late to finish, helping on the spot...they've done it all to keep me riding.
- Best experience yet was a tri bike fit with Brian to fix an old fit from a different shop. I was uncomfortable and had a hard time sustaining power in aero. Brian dialed me in and I'm feeling better than I've ever felt on the tri bike

People are nice, but completely incompetent. Ordered a part, somehow got lost and took them 4weeks and multiple trips to the shop to figure it out. I asked to order it again and 3 weeks in nothing happened. Went to the Hub for the same order and got the part shipped in 5 business days. Very disappointed by service and performance.
