Finding contractors can be overwhelming, specially if you are not sure of what you need or how to get started. After calling several companies and receiving various quotes, I stumbled upon SCI. After giving them a call, Stacey and Lincoln came out right away. When they arrived, they were very warm and inviting. Once I was able to halfway explain what I needed, they took the time to ask questions and help me understand what the process was and a breakdown of how it works . They provided me with a quote quickly and it was easy to understand and make sense of what I was reading, which is very important if you do not come from an IT background.
Just as we were finalizing our plans to move forward with the install, our cabling needs had changed. Stacey and Lincoln had no problem adjusting the initial quote and didn't make me feel like a bother when I had them change it again, for the 3rd time.
Once the project started, the installers were just as nice and easy to be around. They were very quick, quiet and clean, we worked while they were doing the install. It was as if they weren't even there.
I had so much anxiety trying to plan this out and make sense of it all, now that it is over, I am truly grateful that I had SCI to assist me with this process.
