We called Tim Taylor with Service First and he came and looked at the job the day we called! He then sent out a service guy Mike Austin the very next day. Mike was out first thing in the AM and he had answers and solutions within minutes of being here! He left to get a part in which he took his time to locate the right part! We have an older AC unit so he had to look through paper books because it wasn't even in the computer system! They had zero in stock locally but got one in the very next day! Mike fixed it ASAP when the part arrived and our AC was up and running within 3 days of being down / when we called!

Service was above and beyond! Everyone was so professional and kind and really seemed to care a lot about the job! Thank you so much Tim and Mike!
