YGM always takes great care of my home. The crew this week was excellent: Laura, Jesica and Rasheita. I have a lot of art and items gathered from around the country and the world. They never treat it like clutter and always take care of every item in my home.

Whatever you do, DO NOT get the Hispanic girls. They barely speak any English, they do NOT clean well, they talk about you, the home owner, thinking you can not understand them saying derogatory slurs. They use degreaser on stuff they aren't supposed too, they use the pumice stones in my shower AFTER I told them it scratches the shower, they roll their eyes. Maria, Yesenia, Laura, Rosa, are HORRIBLE!! Ask for the other girls, I believe Amy and her team are the other girls, they have come and fixed the mess, they are fast, polite, and actually CLEAN!!! Not to mention they don't stand around GOSSIPING about you. They work their butts off and leave the house CLEAN unlike the other girls. They actually know what they are doing...If you go with this service, go with the other gal's =) and be persistent with the owners. It has been a few months since I was last with them seeing how I moved, but I would take the other gals in a heartbeat again.

The girls who came to do the work were very nice and worked well (if not all that fast) during most of the afternoon. However, I told them at the beginning that getting the floors cleaned was one of the most important things I wanted done because I was injured and couldn't do it myself. By the time they left, they did a half assed job on the floors. When I complained to their manager, she came back with an answer of "they both told me that it really just came down to the fact that they just did not have enough time to clean the floors as well as they would have liked to." Really? That was what I told them in the beginning was most important! That was the end of the email between us. No further apologies or anything. And that was after paying almost $300 for the service! I will never use them again!!!
