Carlo took a look at our Toyota; he could not diagnose the issue, and refused to charge me even a penny. I told him his time was worth something and he still said no. On top of that, he coordinated with me to get the car towed to the dealership. I was unable to get the car towed right away and he assured me it was no problem and moved it to the garage to store it for me overnight. This was the very first time I have utilized him so it's not like I was a long term customer. But I am now a customer for life!

Carlo and ServiceLex are outstanding! The biggest issue with car repairs is the uncertainty surrounding "do you really need the work being recommended?" and "will the work be done with quality of workmanship?" Carlo takes the time to assess your car, it's mileage, and each issue relative to the age of your car. I appreciate the assessment and always take my GX 470 in. It now has 204,000+ miles, runs like new, and Carlo has maintained it with twice a year visits for oil and filter and checkup. He has replaced timing belt for me and done brakes and other regular maintenance and the work has always been done extremely well and on time. Next I'm planning to take my wife's Toyota Sienna in so it will be on a regular schedule with Carlo. I have previously gone to dealership but feel more comfortable with Carlo -- having a person who sees the car consistently and knows it well -- rather than dealership potentially overcharging and have a different person work on it each time. Not saying dealership is a bad deal just feel more comfortable with Carlo being very familiar with the car and taking special pride in seeing it perform well over the long haul. I don't often write reviews but Carlo is an independent shop who deserves success for his thoroughness, honesty, and professionalism. Thanks Carlo and ServiceLex team.
