I was recommended by o’Reillys in auburn for this place. I arranged to come at 8:30 in the morning the gentleman did not greet me he was very rude. The part was given me incorrectly by the O’Reilly but it wasn’t my fault the mechanic called me telling me they have given me the wrong part, I was unsure what he wanted me to do since he had my car and I had no way of getting the right part, so I asked he can he please get the right part and he did however he was very unpleasant when I started to use my credit card and said I stated I had cash in which I never said that. He acted as if my card wasn’t good enough and was unprofessional telling me it was a fee In which I never had a problem with in the first place. I don’t carry cash
