When we contacted Bryan and Set in Stone, LLC to do a full bathroom remodel, we had an idea of what we wanted and a budget. We had no idea how the two would meet or if they would. Bryan's designer walked us through several options and we developed the perfect dream space. We chose beautiful tile floors and walls ( with radiant heating) , the perfect shower and vanity, and a built in closet, as well as a spectacular soaking tub. Exactly what we had in mind put together in a cohesive, elegant design.
Our contract was very comprehensive, laying out time frame,, what would be done, and when payments would be due based on work stages.
There was never any attempt to up sell or add on any additional costs. This was especially important as our budget was firm and we had run into that situation in the past.
Each day Bryan and his team were very friendly and professional. Every space they stepped on and worked in was covered. At the end of each day all traces of construction were cleaned up.
The job was done according to schedule and exactly as discussed.
If you are considering having remodeling done we highly recommend Set in Stone, LLC. You will not be disappointed.
For any new homeowner, finding a contractor can be a stressful and time consuming effort. After interviewing many contractors, we decided to put our faith in Set in Stone, and we could not have been happier with the outcome. It was a full home remodel, which included major work in three bathrooms, two fireplaces, kitchen and more. Even though Bryan’s specialty is in bathrooms (which shows), the work and craftsmanship in other areas were extremely detailed and exceptional.
One thing that stood out above all while working with Bryan was his professionalism and ability to consistently communicate. He went above and beyond within the project and even worked on items that were out of scope without a single complaint. He was even present on the weekends to make sure tasks were completed on time to ensure we were happy. We cannot recommend Set in Stone enough! We love our new home. Thank you Bryan!
Bryan went above and beyond to help us repair/replace the bathroom shower tile after we discovered years of water damage behind the tile.
He was extremely good at communicating, via phone call and text. He was very experienced and knowledgeable, which gave us confidence knowing the damage would be mitigated, and the new wall and tile will be 100% waterproof, so this issue won’t happen again.
He was super understanding about the time crunch we were in and was able to quickly give an estimate, and get us scheduled weeks earlier than multiple other places I called. He finished the project right on time, and the quality was amazing!
Can’t recommend Set In Stone enough!!! We will definitely be rehiring for other future projects.
