The store cat is the only thing redeeming about this store. I bought a hot pot burner and after 10 mins of use it stopped working. The reciept stated that I had 7 days to return it, so I brought it back to the store hoping to exchange.
Store policy was not honored. Instead the clerk plugged it in and it magically turned on. My concern was that I would have the same problem once I got home, but the clerk refused to exchange.
She then phoned what I think was the owner and her solution was to have me leave it there for 2 days for her to check. Then I would return to either pick it up or get a new one. This would be basically 3 trips for a $20 burner--not worth it. I had made other purchases as this place, but I will not be returning
With that, steer clear of the plug-ins. May the odds be in your favor.
