SGA is my new go-to home inspection company! They were professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and really thorough. Shamus and Trevor were able to answer each of my questions and made sure to explain their key findings on the inspection day. They provided a detailed written report with extensive photos the next day that was easy to read and categorized based on the severity of issues they identified so we had the right information to make our decision to purchase or not.

Steve, Trevor, and Shamus are definitely at the top of the game. We arrived on site a bit early only to find them already on top of the roof and inspecting the exterior of the home. Absolutely no time wasted with these group of guys. Thorough, professional, and experts in the field are just a few ways to describe their work. No detail in the home was left untouched. They made sure we understood the process they took and magnitude of the suggestions they provided. We walked away feeling like we knew the home better than the hands that built it. I appreciated that they not only gave their perspective, but referenced it against designs and specs. I highly recommend this group of guys to anyone who wants to know the in and outs of any property before making the big decision. Hats off to you guys and keep up the great work!

We were working on purchasing a home and sellers didn't have a copy of their structural engineer report, so I found these awesome gentlemen. They were honest, helpful, informative, flexible, and was able to come out the next day, which worked great with our time constraints from closing. They were thorough, efficient and very communicative! Great job guys!
