My Dad had an urgent sewer line situation one morning, Chris helped right away and finished the repair immediately that same day and even worked with my Dad's financial situation as he has cancer and unable to do his own home repair any longer nor has financial comfort with all the medical bills coming in. We can't thank him enough for doing such a great job, showing photos of his work and sending them to me as well since I'm out of town, and being so genuine with his understanding of the situation.
