Had a great experience! Coffee donut shake was delish. Korean chicken sandwich also good. Loved how crispy the pickles are on my chicken sandwich. Was opening day and 20 min wait wasn’t bad considering how busy they were. Plenty of staff. Can order at the kiosks, on the app or at the counter. They have beer and wine. Welcome to the neighborhood

I feel bad because you know it's always hard when places with a lot of hype first open up. So I will go back in a couple months and give it a second shot but as of right now, I'm not a fan. My mom and I got 2 meals basically, I got a grilled cheese-regular fries-milkshake and she got a burger-specialty fries-diet coke and it was literally 43$...

And we did the ordering ourselves?? Not sure why a tip was involved.

My mom received cold fries which is a bummer and my grilled cheese... well.. just look at the picture. Quite literally the saddest grilled cheese I've ever seen lol and for almost 7$... I could have and should have just made one at home.

Anyways, the workers were INCREDIBLE and are handling the pressure well! Smiles and all around super helpful and will get you whatever you need while dining in. Very attentive and welcoming!

Side note, my mom's fries didn't not look like the picture. I'm not sure if we order it wrong or what but I'll attach a photo of what she ordered versus what she got..

My third time dining at this trendy, clean, modern, upbeat restaurant. I have no complaints. The staff are ultra friendly and professional and go the extra mile. I can’t believe all the other reviews— my food has always come out super quick and has been tasty 🤤 worth every penny. I’d rather go here than any other fast food chain. This place is top notch and I hope it stays put in Santa Rosa. I’ve eaten at the one in Palo Alto and it’s always extremely busy and a popular hot spot, so again, I don’t understand the bad reviews?? Shake shack is legendary, especially in Los Angeles. Another major reason is that they also offer vegetarian/vegan options. The Shroom burger and veggie burger are delicious! Plus at some locations they offer vegan shakes. I highly recommend this eating establishment. Fresh food, easy kiosk ordering, friendly staff, clean establishment, easy parking, delicious and affordable- what more can you ask for in Santa Rosa?
