The most incompetent staff ever. The sole cashier didn’t let us order and went on to pack other orders. Waited about 10 min before the manager asked if we ordered to which I replied no. Then she says sorry and the cashier comes back and can’t operate the register. If you are at the cashier and still have to wait for 20 min before making your order, something is fundamentally wrong. There is no substitute for competence.

For a mall Shake Shack, not bad. My chicken sandwich was a litttttle room temperature, but the fries were crispy and delicious. Tried the seasonal iced tea and highly recommend. I got notified via text that my order was ready several minutes before it was actually ready (I was standing there the whole time), but aside from that timing, the service was great.

Tried the golden gate double which was very satisfying. Quick service and fresh food.
Only thing is that it's in a food court so atmosphere is definitely nicer in their own stores
