His staff does all the work. Dr. Shams just pops in, shows his face, and leaves you walking out that door wondering what you just came in for. Yes.. avoiding the same issues every visit, I decided to put my foot down after this entire year. He doesn't care, he does nothing but bring in students that are in training for the experience to do all the work. He avoids longer visits, and patients questions. I've been coming in for depression after 7 visits and still nothing happens. I have symptoms of diabetes.. he sets up an appt to review my results for NEXT year. Really? I will find another MD that cares about our well-being. Thanks, but no thanks.
