I've had many bad doctors in the past, but this one definitely beats the rest. Dr. Sham basically did everything he could to not take care of my concerns, and told me I just had to learn to live with my health issues. I specifically asked if I could be tested for a hereditary disease that runs in my family, and nobody in that office had even heard of the disease. He refused to run a test, and just made the assumption that I don't have it, because I wasn't showing any of the symptoms, even though I explained to him that it shows up later in age. I explained that I also had bad anxiety and depression, and was not able to sleep at night, and all he told me was to write down what was bothering me on a piece of paper each night, and I'd be fine. There was several other concerns I had, that were all dismissed by him, and I was just told that I already had those problems for so long, that I should just get used to it, instead of trying to make them better. Absolutely disgusting lack of professionalism, and a terrible person to even attempt to hold a conversation with. I immediately changed doctors as soon as I left the office. Would not recommend this place to anybody, even my worst enemy. They're just lucky I couldn't go below one star.

As a patient of Dr. T. Shams for 5 plus years, I can rightfully say he is undoubtedly a sound and trustful M.D.! I would also wish to state that his office is ran by a extremely efficient and professional staff who have met my Appt. needs even when i give a short notice, or needed to change it at the last minute. Wait times are minimal and referrals are promptly handled. "OVERALL THIS OFFICE DESERVES AN [A+]"

Because we made $5 too much, we lost our insurance for like 8 months, and there'sth could not afford my meds. So, when we got insurance back, I went back to get restarted on my meds, and the Dr. said that I went that long without that I don't need it anymore. Additionally, it takes forever to get an appointment, and I needed them to do an EKG and forward it to the orthopedic Dr and am still waiting for the Dr to sign the paperwork, and it's been almost two months.
