This isn’t for Shana but for one of her employees. I came to an open house listed by her and was completely ignored by this male agent even after walking around the house multiple times. When I finally asked for disclosures, the guy was just plain rude and gave me one word short answers without even making eye contact. I’ve been looking at houses for about a year now and this guy was by far the most unfriendliest agent i think I’ve ever spoken to… so much so that I was gonna give an above asking cash offer and decided to pass solely on how this person interacted with me. Not sure if it was because I was a POC, but it sure seemed like it as he was very friendly to a Caucasian couple.

I’ve used multiple agents over the years and bought and sold 10 houses in multiple markets. Never had a better experience. Shanna and Miles are ultra professional, smart, attentive, highly ethical, highly pro-client vs pro-selves (a huge thing in this sketchy industry). They don’t try to drive your price down like so many others, to transact and they go out of their way to minimize the brain damage of selling your house. Only show qualified buyers, give great advice, etc. I cannot possibly say enough. Absolutely love them.
