What a place! Met with Karene, very professional. Had a great time being shown all different types of self care that is offered. With chronic pain and arthritis I'm very interested in Cryo cold treatments. Many benefits to getting great treatment in a private setting. Can't wait for my first appointment.

I’ve experienced Tibetan singing bowls, and Tuning Fork Therapy, but they didn’t compare to the power and volume of Karene’s Crystal Singing Bowls. I was amazed by how the frequency resonated through my body. One of the bowls in particular provided one of those types of experiences that you don’t want to end. Karene explained the different bowls resonate frequencies that correspond with the seven chakras to support in the flow of energy in your body. I’m not quite sure ,but it was was either the heart or solar plexus corresponding bowl which was most effective for me. I’ll defiantly have another session next time I’m in town.
