Went in looking for something, didn't know what, for my wife. I have ZERO fashion sense. Just knew I wanted something that would make her happy and match her style. Renea helped me out and boy was it a success. I left with a tennis bracelet that made my wife light up! Renea asked great questions ( what does she like, what does she normally wear, etc) and showed me a series of beautiful pieces. She was not pushy, she did not show me things outside of my budget trying to "upsell" me. She showed me what I asked for and helped me land on the perfect piece. Great experience!!!

Was helped by Jay. My fiancé and I were here to look at a new setting for an heirloom diamond. He was very knowledgeable about everything and once she picked out her band, Jay realized it was more expensive on the website but honored the tag price! Integrity goes a long way with me and we will be back for our wedding bands and I’ll keep an eye out for Jay to assist with those as well.
