I contacted shanefix for my Nintendo switch (overheating issue) and got it back within the week after he had received it! He kept in contact for when he received it, and was very informative of what he had done to fix the issue. He even let me know that if I had any problems to contact him about it. The switch is working great, and I am very appreciative of the job well done!

Contacted ShaneFix regarding my Xbox Series X. Had a wonderful experience, he was very informative and ensured if I had any questions that they were answered. I would personally recommend him for any console repair that anyone needs to have completed. A great person to work with with! Will recommend to other people!

ShaneFix did a great job on the repair of my PS4. Their communication was excellent from the time I mailed the unit until it was returned. Will for sure use them again if the need occurs.
