I'm personally a pokemon guy went in twice recently to sell cards and they are very picky on what cards they would buy from you considering there pokemon stock is little to none compared to other shops. Also the offers I got on my cards were very low wouldn't recommend anyone to sell your cards there.

Great shop and good people like Tom and Jacob. Some do need to improve on customer service and less socializing with coworkers while a customer waits to be helped. When entering the yugioh side I was not greeted or acknowledged until I had to interject the two employees at the counter talking for a few minutes. And even while helping me they were talking to each other and getting sidetracked/ walking away to mess with tv and not engaging with me. As a customer that isn't inviting and it's not the first time this has happened with the same guy. Does not ask if you need help or if he can get anything, you have to ask yourself. Doesn't greet and talks to other coworker instead of checking in on the customer sitting in front of them.

The staff here are hit or miss (but Michael and the guy with the long beard are awesome), and won’t hesitate to argue with each other in front of customers, visibly sigh or roll their eyes if you have changed your mind on an order, and more. I understand they have limited resources, but their lack of transparency on bulk singles orders, their grading, and their prices make it difficult to gauge if you are getting a good or a poor deal - though I know when I’ve tried to sell them my cards it sounded like a very poor deal.

I will still try and support them since they are a local business, but they make it very difficult to go to them instead of Mox (owned by Card Kingdom) up in Bellevue. There are definitely some improvements to make.
