Shannon has helped me put a focus on one thing that I've struggled with probably my entire life: sleep.
Rebuilding my career as a freelancer plus time-consuming hobbies has been difficult to cope with and super stressful. The second she started talking about sleep schedules and what they were, I knew she was the right person to have on my team. I ,admittedly, can't do it all on my own so I'm glad I have Shannon to support me and help me plan my wellness journey!

As a new parent, I struggled to find a balance between work and parenting and found that it really affected my overall health. Luckily I found Shannon as I was doom scrolling on instagram. Her post felt like she was talking specifically to me so I instantly reached out. Since then I feel like I’ve become a better parent, partner and employee. The goals that we worked on paired with a change in my nutrition got me back in a groove. If you ever find yourself struggling, I highly suggest prioritizing your health and wellness and having this wonderful human being, Shannon, as your guide.

I was fortunate to participate in group coaching with Shannon. She was very inspiring and motivated me to become more mindful about nutrition and daily diet. Her knowledge and insights about making healthy choices with nutrition, daily beauty care and fitness were just what I needed.
