Very disappointing. I made an appointment with Shannon Sparks back in June and not able to get in until September as providers are booked out. I have been patiently waiting as she was referred to me by a few people. I get a message today that they are moving my day and time and booking me with a random new person I know nothing about. I called and stated i booked with Shannon for a reason and told to bad as she is moving her new clients to someone new. She was taking clients when i called and had spots as they booked my appointment. Now for me to find someone new that has the experience i am looking for i will have to wait another six months. If you are NOT going to take new patients at least be a good doctor and keep the ones you have booked already. The lady I spoke to was rude and you could tell she could care less and didn't even try to see if they could accommodate me. Her response was pretty much oh well do you want to cancel. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
