Two star for letting me do a walk in but honestly a one star on the services. Didn't even ask me what shape I wanted and when she was doing it, it was more painful because of how slow she was doing it. Talking to the other worker which I have no idea what's being said but I'm usually used to people being social with me. They didn't even give me a mirror to look at it but when I got a real look at it, they hardly did anything! It looks like they did a quick clean up but my eyebrows were still pretty bushy. Then asking if I wanted to pay around $40 for a month. Sorry but no thanks. Not going back here sadly.
Review is for corporate and if I could give minus score I would. Salon and technicians are great. Corporate office has the worst customer service ever - they are rude, unprofessional and unresponsive. They have not reopened after Covid restrictions were lifted, despite the fact most other local salons have - yet they continue to take money for service they are not providing. Refuse to even discuss a refund but won’t put their policy in writing or respond to emails. I’ve been member for almost 10 years but will never spend another cent at this business.
