TBH, the staff is friendly, but nobody picks up the phone, you can never reach anyone, voicemails are full, and checks arrive late, plus there is a $12 cancellation fee, and no option for direct deposit. Luckily, you don't have to sign their registry once ever month or so, anymore, which is a hassle for anyone living with a disability, or physically impaired, or they hold onto your check, but who knows what will happen post-Corona. 🤷♂️
Update: They canceled my pre-paid without warning, the only payee in King County, made me call a bank, go to a bank, go to them, during Corona, with zero money except on the card to re-issue. Five weeks later, while they cannot use direct deposit, they have not reissued.
With nowhere to go.
And they are gaslighting, holding onto my card, while I try to move, pick between food and communism with dexoscan issues, and money already on the card, saying, "Oh! You need to pick up your check!"
Food or Communism.
Use direct deposit, Seattle.
And give us options as far as pay, and payees--this is the lone, surviving goodwill for ppl on the wounded animal shelf, and worse, they never answer phones.
While I now cannot reclaim money, get an answer, voice mails full, zero call backs, no direct deposit, and I am forced to move states for my own disability.
How convenient.
Meanwhile, they chide me if I complain.
Subzero/10 rating.
