Selling our home of nearly 33 years was an excruciating decision....and an emotional process....we had worked with Shari in the past, and knew we were choosing the best! Shari presented us with a detailed plan of action to carry us through the process....We had several time constraints which added to the pressure....Shari was always there when we needed her, offering her experienced knowledge and support along the way....Shari goes above and beyond.... calm and upbeat...she created an atmosphere of positivity and we experienced a very successful outcome!

Shari went the extra mile to make sure our house looked fantastic for the sale. She did such a great job, we hired her to sell our second home. She did such a great job with that, we asked her to represent us to buy our new home. She's thoughtful, creative, open to suggestions, full of zeal to get your home sold. Selling our house was the most difficult decision. Shari not only had compassion, but also understood that we needed to strike while the iron was hot. She worked up a extremely detailed portfoilio on the property along with a statistical analysis of the market the property compared to. Shari did not delay on getting our property on the market. She immediately arranged for the most phenomenal photographer who made it look like a million bucks! She is highly responsive to text and email and is goal oriented. No time wasted with Shari!
