We went for a little boys haircut and just absolutely loved the place right off the bat Owner was extremely nice and friendly. His hair stylist new exactly what I wanted without much detail other than length wanted. The hair cut is exactly what I was wanting. We definitely found our new place to go for haircuts! My son loved the place and is already talking about what car he will sit in next time. ♡ Thank you for today!
Tried to book an appointment for Sunday. The store is big but they only had one stylist. They had no appointments so I called and the lady on the phone said she’s surprised they have no appointments available. She can book me in for 15 mins after. I told her that’s how far I live. It was for a 15 mins service. We reached 5 mins late for the appointment. They do have that as a buffer or they cancel the appointment.
The stylist was rude she called out that the service wasn’t booked right, I booked bang trim but it was a neck trim (how does that make a difference when they are both 15 mins service)
Said twice I came in late and that they are booked out, she’s expecting other clients. She could have focused the 15 mins service she had the time and used that time to do a good job. She used 5 mins I quote 5 mins on my son’s hair with a machine trimmer and he came out looking nothing different. I paid $18 for a worthless visit.
I recommend changing the staff if they have no interest being there for the customers and service no pleasure doing their job
