Up Date 10-06-2023: Once again I received excellent service on my copier. Service technician came out the day I called and reported the problem. Found out what parts my machine needed, ordered them, and came back a few days later when thy came in and installed them. The machine works like a new one now. I highly recommend Sharp.

I appreciate the speed in which my copier repair needs are met. After reporting an issue, a repairman is usually in my office within a few hours to 24 hours at the most. Most of my issues have been resolved with just one visit and the machine is working like new again.
