They never answer the phone, I called every day for a week and left a voicemail every time to never hear back. I had to physically go inside just to schedule an appointment. The people at the appointment were nice. They don’t really do anything for kids there though. They can clean their teeth but that’s it if your child needs work done or even just a cavity filled they can’t do it there and you have to be referred. They referred me all the way to Stockton when there’s places closer that take my insurance. Overall I’d suggest you just go somewhere else. I only rated them this high because the assistant that helped us was very nice.

The staff was very kind, caring, and empathetic. The dentist was great at explaining every detail. He did a thorough exam and was very knowledgeable in explaining the diagnosis. The dentist also made sure to give me the opportunity to ask questions. He offered advice and encouraged me to return if needed. One of the best dental experiences I’ve had.

I had to cancel my appointment at the last minute but when I called they were very friendly and professional and rescheduled my appointment right away. We had some trouble getting scheduled to begin with so I am very happy that they were able to reschedule me so quickly. They are also seeing both my kids and I am very satisfied with the care.
