In late summer 2023, I asked three local companies to bid on a fence job; two responded and sent people to look at my site. Only one company, Shasta Fencing, submitted a bid. When they built the fence, they were quick, did high-quality work without any surprises, and even fixed a couple of small issues with existing gates without asking and without charging extra. But here's what sets them apart: COMMUNICATION. They had to deal with some illness in their ranks, and communicated quickly and clearly what was happening, and then followed up and did what they said they'd do. If you need fence work done, I highly recommend you give them a call.

Many good reviews for this company, but my experience was very poor. The front gate was much better before their replacement and I will have to replace it agsin. Boards are warped, the workman were very destructive with our property. They ripped the liner of my pool, broke some links in my existing chain link pool fence, and many other unsatisfactory issues. The owner came out 3 times and said, well that's an easy fix, and never fixed it.

Had two structures built, one around the pool and a 3-sided wood fence around the pool equipment. Both look great and function well but I found a dozen 2 inch nails around the small wood fence around the pool equipment... right next to the trampoline. Just wish a little awareness for that and pick-up had been considered because now I'm worried about the nails I haven't found yet!
