I wanted to leave a review specifically because of the outstanding customer service by Victor Mena at Shaw’s. Recently our air condition gave out and we went through three different companies for quotes, although we did not end up going through Shaw’s Victor was by far the most thorough. He spent time walking us through the ins and outs of our HVAC system and potential hazards that we should be aware of. Thank you for your knowledge and insight!
