I needed a washing machine part (direct drive coupler) 2 days before Christmas. They were open, knew exactly what I needed, and had the part in stock. With their help I was able to repair my washing machine for about $16 and an hour of my time vs waiting days and paying hundreds for a service call.

Wow!!!!! I had a stunning experience. Needed a stove and microwave to get a certificate of occupancy on my new construction home. I was lamenting that I failed to plan and would most likely need to special order with 3 week delivery. Shaw's had what I wanted in stock. Delivered that day. I recall my girlfriend buying a washer and dryer in the past with a similar experience. We had a problem with it. The problem was our faulty plumbing. They still came out and helped us identify. A shout out to Gary who is a new showroom rep. He is a real asset to the business. Shaw's is a business others should try to emulate.

This was very quick and easy. We went in to get a dishwasher and came out having only bought a dishwasher. There was no hassle and no attempt to up sell us with needless warrantees or other dumb things. They were professional and knowledgeable. They don't actually employ anyone who installs dishwashers, but they recommended a guy who was quick to respond and we got the dishwasher delivered and installed the next day. Overall it was a great experience.
