Really late delivery (around 8 hrs) and arrangement looked nothing like the display. Never using this shop again. Lesson learned.

Shay's delivered a beautiful arrangment to my hotel on short notice. It was in the room at check-in for my 35th anniversary weekend in Santa Cruz. My wife was delighted.

I Ordered a flower bouquet by phone and the lady promised me that she'll come up with a beautiful bouquet and yes she did !!! My future daughter in law loved it and sent me a picture...thank you so much for a great job!!i will definitely use your service in the future!
