Brandy at Shedrain was wonderful, my umbrella broke and the company replaced it asap. All I had to do was send a picture. So great!

You guys need to know how great this company is, their commitment to customer service and quality is John Wick awesomeness level. They replaced my two umbrellas, my wife loves them.

I ordered an umbrella from their website one week ago today. Tracking information does not show any progress has been made other than "Order Placed." I reached out to their customer service email 3 days ago and have not received a response on when my order will be delivered. So far customer service is nonexistent.
