I came over to get air for my tire, and I did not know if I was using the tire gadget properly. I went inside to ask if someone could help me out. There were two people. The young kid said he could not show me how to use the equipment because he does not want to be hold accountable if something happens to my car. Really? All I was asking was for some direction so I can properly use it.

Teach customer service to your employees. Perhaps he was unable to do it because it was raining and did not want to get wet. There’s nothing more frustrating than useless people working in customer service.
