What an amazing shop and what an amazing crew two families from Western Washington on their way home from liberty Washington to Olympia Washington needed a spare tire because of a blowout ended up finding out needed four new tires on a trailer. Second family had a tread loss and ended up needing for new tires on a Dually with a camper on top. Staff stopped everything they were doing to wait on us, and when other customers came a two man crew remained on our rigs. They were friendly, educational, speedy, and pleasant said that is what they are there to do. They deserve a raise, or at least a bonus thank you crew for everything you did for us we will forever. Be thankful and grateful.
Lost 2 tires on my boat trailer on a round trip from eastern Washington. The second tire blew at Easton on the way home and I had the trailer towed to this Shell station at the advice of the tow operator.
Super friendly people and someone even answered the phone Sunday night at 10 pm and asked if I needed them to come in.
Long story short i had them wait till normal business hours and the next morning my boat trailer had a new rim and tire and was ready to go. I appreciated that the person I talked to Sunday night wanted to make sure my spare was also fixed before I left. All done at a reasonable price too. I’d for sure recommend this business.
