The clerks are impossible. A mirror broke as I was using the car wash. Any time I call the station, the clerk simply says to call back when the manager is in. She takes no information or phone no. The manager is pleasant, very much so. But five weeks out, no reimbursement and just surly responses from a childish clerk.

The black little woman employee was the most freaking rude person I have seen ever.
