If I could I would give - 0 stars. T Jackson’s employees and Mng are not aware that they are also a SHELL gas station they have no idea anything about proper customer relatations. When they don’t or have not been told how to work the shell pay and save app their only response was to tell me “they work for Jackson’s not shell so I need to leave. “ instead of even trying to understand that yes they are employed by Jackson but the also work for shell they were rude and ignorant.
