Customer Service is horrible. GM is very bias and disrespectful. Has no interest in conducting herself professionally with customers inside of store. Targets certain demographics and treats students like suspects.
I watched 2 7th grade students apologize to her for their actions ( which were very minor ) and she completely denied their apologies and told them to get out of her store.. in a bully manner. This is not my first time noticing her actions. My children come home from school everyday upset because of how she treats them. Literally ALL of the students say the same.
When I saw how she treated them I stepped in as a parent, resident, and local business owner witnessing these behaviors and was verbally assaulted by the General Manager. She then contacted the district manager and totally lied about what happened with those students and myself and had us banned from our local convenient store.
10/10 she needs to Go.!!
This community is very welcoming and as a local supporter .. and business owner. We should be careful who we put in control of our establishments. It only takes one person to ruin a great relationship for your business with the community. Extremely disappointed !!
I will also be reporting this establishment to the BBB as well.
