I bought a bag of carsons grandpa's beef jerky and paid 11.99! It was so full of gristle, you couldn't eat it. I called the store wanting to exchange it and was told there is no exchange policy, and asked to speak to owners, and was unable to. If the owners are going to not do something about this defective product, then they will lose all my business. I will go somewhere else. The employee didn't even try to help or contact the owners, which I know they can. So I will call everyday until I get a hold of the owners. Not happy at all

The manager refused service for African Americans on 6/5/19. Boycott that store. They're being reported to the Better Business Bureau. I'm calling the Local news so they can lose business.

Stopped here on our way through town and we were having a rough day, everdeen? (Sorry I don't know the spelling) was the bright spot of our day! Her sincere smile and fantastic customer service made what could have been a truly terrible experience not so bad. She is a true gem!!
