Christy is great- she helped fit me in the schedule last minute before a long trip and was very friendly and communicative throughout the process. I've been here a couple of times and the work was reasonably priced and I wasn't upsold on unecessary work or maintenance.

I am one of those people who has horrible luck with mechanics and I feel like I’m always getting ripped off. I previously brought my car to the dealership and was quoted not only an absurd price but they told me I had a significant amount of maintenance to do on my vehicle. Well surprise surprise, I brought it to Shelley’s and they were incredibly pleasant, kind and quoted me a reasonable price. Christie was very lovely, expedited my car before the weekend and told me what actually had to be done on my car. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
