This place is great as far as the hours and what they have. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is kept clean throughout the day which is a huge plus. There are a lot of options in regards to working out to include the cardio room. The only downside is all of the people that go here in the morning and do absolutely nothing. I can’t tell you how many times I have seen people on the treadmills at 0630 just on there walking, and I mean barely walking. An hour will go by and you will see them on the same treadmill walking at the same pace. If they are going to use the excuse of rehabilitation, do that at a clinic and let people workout who really want to. The weight rooms are just as packed so it is difficult to get a good workout in during the morning. Great gym but so overused.

Great facility.
There is plenty of equipment and free weights for whatever type of workout you want to do.
Can get crowded during PT hours.

Good gym overall with a large functional fitness area. Wall space is a little challenging to find with all of the cardio equipment, but there are plenty of options. New-ish locker room, sauna, and shower facilities with stall showers, as compared to the bays of other gyms on post. Downside is that the hot water is VERY slow to warm up.
